Is my order available for immediate download?

If your order contains an item that is not made to order you will be able to immediately download it once payment is processed.

If your order contains a made to order item it will not be available for immediate download. Please check the home page for the most current order completion times.

Once your order is completed you will receive a download link via email. You can also access your downloads directly from your account on our website.

Will I be able to modify my digital files?

No, all digital files are sold as a flattened printable file. You will not be able to edit or resize any files.

Can I share the files with others?

No, the designs are for your personal use only. You are not allowed to share, distribute, or resell the designs to others. Each purchase grants you a single-user license.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not issue refunds. Once a design is downloaded, it cannot be returned. Please make sure to review the product details and preview images before making a purchase and if you have any questions please email hello@somethingscriptedco.com before you purchase.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! I would love to work with you to bring your vision to life! I have a background in digital illustration and so the possibilities are almost endless on what we can create together.

What is the price of a custom order?

The price of a custom order will vary depending on how much time is involved in completing it. Hand drawn graphics take the most time and would have the most significant effect on pricing.

Do you offer licensing for artwork?
