Made to order items are created and processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Check the website home page for the most current processing times.

If you are on a deadline, please send an email to hello@somethingscriptedco.com to inquire about processing times before you place an order. 

PENDING ORDERS

If your order includes a made to order item, please check your email regularly for any response regarding questions that may arise in completing your order. Delayed responses will result in extended order completing times. 

BUYER ACCOUNT DETAILS

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date email address in which to receive order downloads and correspondence regarding any order questions.

Something Scripted Co does not guarantee perpetual storage of any purchased items. Buyers are responsible for downloading purchases within 10 days of order fulfillment. 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

Due to the digital nature of our items, Something Scripted Co does not accept returns and exchanges.
